Building Excellent Schools
- Provides Fellowships for training leaders of public chartered schools.
Fellowships are for 12 months, full-time, centered in Boston but
residency in Boston is not required. Stipends provided. |

KIPP Academy Leadership
Fellowships - KIPP's unique fellowship gives potential charter school organizers a
year of intense training and sets them up to open their own academically
rigorous middle school. The year-long program includes a six-week
institute at the University of California, Berkeley, at the Haas School
of Business, three one-month residencies at high-performing schools all
over the U.S, and six months of on-site school development in the
community where the school will be located. Fellows receive a stipend of
$50,000 and a solid benefits package. Applicants must provide a two-page
cover letter, a resume, and three references. A description of the
